Creative OS is online and available now at TheCreativeStudio.ai. The AI-powered platform gives VGTel an immediate commercial technology initiative designed to pursue revenue while building a broader business around artificial intelligence, digital content creation and automation.
For VGTel, that revenue has a purpose.
Management intends to use revenues generated through the commercialization of Creative OS to support operations, address corporate obligations and help fund the Company’s efforts to restore current reporting status.
VGTel has entered into exclusive licensing agreements with VegaCore Holdings for Creative OS and MiraLink™, giving VGTel exclusive rights to use and commercialize both technologies under the terms of the agreements. VegaCore Holdings retains ownership of the underlying intellectual property and associated patent rights.
Dedicated infrastructure through Cogent Communications will support both Creative OS and MiraLink™ as VGTel moves forward with commercialization and deployment.
The strategy is straightforward: commercialize the technology, build revenue, strengthen the Company and move VGTel toward current reporting status.
Rebuilding VGTel Through Commercial Operations
VGTel is not current in its reporting, and management recognizes that restoring the Company’s reporting status is an important priority for shareholders.
Management’s immediate objective is to satisfy the Company’s outstanding annual fee obligation to OTC Markets Group. Once that obligation is addressed and the applicable issuer services are restored, management intends to proceed with posting the Company’s financial reports and disclosures and work toward satisfying the applicable requirements necessary to restore VGTel to current reporting status.
Management believes becoming current should be accompanied by something equally important: a viable operating business capable of generating revenue.
Creative OS was developed with that objective in mind.
Rather than relying solely on outside financing to rebuild the Company, VGTel intends to pursue commercial revenue through its licensed technology portfolio and use available resources to support corporate operations, outstanding obligations and the Company’s reporting efforts.

VegaCore Holdings received an official Filing Receipt from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) acknowledging U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/962,203 associated with the MiraLink™ technology. The Filing Receipt identifies VegaCore Holdings as the applicant and reflects that a foreign filing license was granted July 7, 2026.
The USPTO filing milestone, together with VGTel’s exclusive MiraLink™ license, provides a framework for continuing development and future commercialization of the technology.

VGTel is working with Jeff Mielke, National Account Manager at Cogent Communications, regarding the Company’s colocation requirements and server deployment.
