HANSONG Technology will showcase its XE-1200, an 8-channel, 1200W distributed streaming amplifier platform, at CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver, Colorado, September 2–4. Rather than presenting the XE-1200 simply as a networked amplifier, HANSONG will use the platform to demonstrate how amplification, network audio, DSP, system networking and intelligent management can work together within a unified audio architecture.
CEDIA Expo 2026 will bring together professionals across the systems integration industry in Denver, providing a platform for manufacturers and integrators to explore new technologies and solutions. The Exhibit Hall will be open September 2–4.
One Product, Multiple Layers of Audio Technology
At the center of HANSONG’s CEDIA presentation is the XE-1200. Designed for demanding commercial environments including hotels, campuses and retail spaces, the platform combines 8-channel amplification with network audio, onboard DSP, system-level networking and centralized management.
The XE-1200 features a 1200W shared power pool that can be dynamically distributed across eight channels, supporting mixed 4Ω/8Ωloads, 70V/100V constant-voltage applications and bridge mode. Its hardware architecture also includes a 12-in/10-out I/O matrix, eight speaker outputs, switchable Pre/Sub Out, and dual Gigabit RJ45 ports with VLAN isolation.
But the platform’s value extends beyond amplification hardware.
The XE-1200 provides native support for Dante DEP and AES67, with four stereo network streams that can be independently routed to different zones or AoIP speakers. Multiple units can automatically discover one another and form a single logical system through HANSONG’s UniCluster technology, without requiring an external controller.
Its StreamSync technology provides multi-stream synchronization and supports functions such as voice-announcement ducking and VoIP-ready operation, allowing background music to be automatically attenuated during paging. Integrated EdgeDSP capabilities provide room correction, speaker presets, 10-band EQ, filtering, offset and distance/delay adjustment directly on the platform, without requiring external PC software.
From Audio Hardware to a Full-Stack Platform
These capabilities reflect a broader approach from HANSONG Technology: treating professional audio systems as connected platforms rather than isolated hardware devices.
The XE-1200 brings together three layers of functionality. At the hardware level, it combines amplification, I/O, network connectivity and built-in sensing. At the software level, it integrates network audio, system clustering, synchronization and DSP processing. At the application level, it provides a unified experience through mobile and PC web interfaces, live system monitoring, professional tuning tools, batch configuration and OTA firmware updates.
The result is an architecture designed to simplify both deployment and ongoing operation. Integrators can configure and monitor channels through a common interface, access impedance, output-power, temperature and network-status information, and perform system-level configuration rather than setting up every unit individually. Wi-Fi AP direct mode also allows configuration and control when a network infrastructure is not yet available.
At CEDIA, HANSONG will demonstrate how the XE-1200 serves as a practical example of this full-stack approach—and how technologies such as UniCluster, StreamSync, EdgeDSP and native AoIP can be combined within a single scalable audio platform.
