New predictive Likely Transactions scores, an open API on every plan, and installable AI skill packs for Claude and ChatGPT.
TRUCKEE, CA, UNITED STATES, July 23, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — PropertyRadar today announced the coming release of Likely Transactions, a new set of predictive scores that estimate which property owners are most likely to sell, buy, refinance, or take out a home equity line of credit (HELOC). The scores give agents, mortgage professionals, investors, and home services businesses a way to reach the right owner before that intent shows up in the public record.
Separately, the company opened its public API to all current plans and shipped installable skill packs for Claude and ChatGPT, with an MCP server, MCP apps, and a voice AI agent to follow.
Likely Transactions (Available July 28, 2026)
Likely Transactions is built from machine learning across a broad range of consumer behavioral signals and sits inside PropertyRadar, next to the owner data and outreach tools customers already use. The scores are directional estimates over a roughly six-month horizon, not guarantees, and are built for marketing and prospecting, not for evaluating creditworthiness.
In PropertyRadar, a likely-to-sell owner already comes with owner information and built-in tools to reach them across direct mail, email, calls, and online ads.
“Plenty of companies will sell you a propensity score and call it a crystal ball. We won’t. Likely Transactions is a directional signal, and it gets powerful when you pair it with your own market knowledge, our extensive criteria, and the tools to reach the owner. The score gives you a reason to start the conversation. Our platform helps you win it.” – Mark Hockridge, CEO of PropertyRadar
The API and AI Skill Packs, Now on Every Current Plan (Available now)
The public API was previously available only on the highest-volume, highest-priced plan. It is now included on Solo, Team, and Business, with no upgrade required. Subscribers get programmatic access to more than 150 million properties, including property search across hundreds of criteria, owner information, transaction and lien history, equity and distress signals, and comparables. Subscribers can also attach monitoring automations that keep lists current and alert them, or connected AI tools, on new Notices of Default, status changes, or fresh matches.
The two launch skill packs:
– The API Starter Bundle connects Claude or ChatGPT to PropertyRadar to query property data, enrich owners, pull comps, and build lists in plain language.
– The REI List Builder and Campaign Brief, built on PropertyRadar’s Real Estate Investors Playbook, turns a target market into a prioritized off-market list and a campaign brief.
Additional skill packs for agents, mortgage professionals, and home services businesses will follow.
MCP and Voice (Coming soon)
A PropertyRadar MCP (Model Context Protocol) server enters private beta in August, and MCP apps will let customers view PropertyRadar inside the tools they already work in. The company is also launching a voice AI agent that customers can call, putting the platform’s data and marketing tools within reach of anyone, with no AI experience required.
Why It Matters
Most of the industry is adding chatbots to existing applications. According to PropertyRadar, an open API, predictive scoring, and native MCP access give any AI tool live, structured access to the underlying data, so it can score owners, build lists, and support entire campaigns, instead of forcing professionals to export and paste.
“Every real estate professional is being told to use AI, and AI is only as good as the data behind it. By opening our API to every current plan and shipping skill packs anyone can install, we are making PropertyRadar the most powerful data source you can put behind your AI. We are not selling another chatbot. We are giving customers the data engine the best AI tools will run on.” – Mark Hockridge, CEO of PropertyRadar
Availability
Likely Transactions is available July 28, 2026. The public API and both AI skill packs are available now. The MCP server enters private beta in August, with MCP apps and the AI voice agent to follow.
