Agentis Financial Hires PJ Halverson as Executive Vice President, Operational Risk & Compliance

Agentis Financial (“Agentis”), a platform for originating and servicing co-brand credit card programs, today announced that it has appointed PJ Halverson as EVP, Operational Risk & Compliance.

Halverson joins Agentis as the company continues to grow and develop new capabilities offering an alternative to traditional credit card servicing models. In her new role, she will work closely with the executive leadership team to further develop Agentis’ risk management framework and support growing demand for end-to-end origination and servicing capabilities across co-brand and credit card programs. She will serve on the executive leadership team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Jason Dyro.

Halverson has over 20 years of experience in compliance and operational risk. Before joining Agentis, she served as Chief Compliance Officer at Bluestem Brands, where she oversaw compliance across the company’s $2 billion consumer finance and retail operations, including BSA/AML, information security and marketing compliance. She serves on the American Bankers Association Risk and Compliance Conference Advisory Board and is active with the Credit Card Bank Compliance Association.

Halverson studied opera at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music.
