“A leadership team doesn’t win awards like this. They’re earned by thousands of people who choose every day to support one another, serve our customers, and uphold our values,” said Ryan Marshall, President and CEO of PulteGroup. “That’s what has defined PulteGroup for generations, and it’s what gives me confidence in where we’re headed.”
The survey results reinforce the strength of PulteGroup’s culture across every stage of the employee experience. 97% of employees said they felt welcome when they joined the company, while 95% said management is honest and ethical in its business practices. An equal 95% said they are proud to tell others they work at PulteGroup and that they are given a great deal of responsibility in their roles.
Those results reflect a culture supported by career development opportunities, Business Resource Groups, community initiatives like Built to Honor®, and a joint commitment to helping teammates succeed.
“One of the things I’m most proud of is that our culture is consistent, whether you’ve been here two weeks or twenty years,” said Kevin Henry, Chief People Officer. “We want every employee to feel welcomed, trusted, challenged and supported. Seeing those experiences reflected so strongly in this year’s survey tells us we’re continuing to create an environment where people can thrive.”
